The company was co-founded by Josh Burkwist and Ejiro Akporobaro. With nearly two decades of recruiting experience, Josh has built hundreds of teams for startups and high-growth companies. Ejiro brings over 15 years of experience as a full-stack AI engineer and startup builder. Together, they combine deep recruiting expertise with technical innovation.
